I'll tell you this: He's a really mean pirate, even in Dora the Explorer.

The one who appeared in Dora the Explorer, are a completely different Captain Hook, and yes he's mean, in the Peter Pan movies he's much worse than in Jake and The Neverland Pirates as i mentioned earlier, cause on Disney Jr he's just angry, grumpy, thief
